RETURNS POLICY

To initiate a return, within 15 calendar days of delivery, you have to contact our customer support team here. Please notice that return are time sensitive, therefore if more than 15 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or price equivalent in store credit.

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

- Return the new, unopened items to us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- If any questions arise during the process please contact our support team here.
- For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We can’t take any responsibility for any lost or damaged goods that are returned.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Also, please keep the email receipt.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- Cancellations are only accepted, within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately here, if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days (Europe and United States) and 7 to 30 business days (Rest of the world). Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show. If you find any issues with your tracking codes please contact us here.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address (usually around 24 hours). Please contact us immediately here if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
